Tecknotrove Motorcycle Training Simulator is a cutting-edge bike simulator designed to train and test motorcycle riders in real-world road conditions. This advanced motorcycle driver training simulator provides a highly immersive training experience, allowing riders to practice riding in various weather conditions, traffic densities, and hazardous scenarios in a safe and controlled environment. The simulator setup includes an actual motorcycle with ergonomically placed controls, including seats, brakes, clutch, accelerator, gear, and ignition key switch simulated for training purposes. The inbuilt training modules make it ideal for use as a police motorcycle simulator, motorcycle safety training, or testing riders to issue motorcycle licenses. The bike simulator is available as a standalone simulator with options for 3DOF / 6DOF motion feedback and a VR display.
TecknoSIM Motorcycle Driving Simulators are used for:

Multiple terrains are available on the simulator for effective training. Riders can practice driving on test tracks, city roads, residential areas, commercial streets, highways, freeways, off- roads and mountains. The real time change in weather like rain, fog, snow, dust and daytime conditions add to the realism. Artificially intelligent traffic in the simulator create normal and risky situations to allow the rider to practice before he drives in real roads. The serpentine test is often used for testing riders.

Motorcycle Driving simulator has progressive training modules suitable for both initial and advanced driver training. Special modules are available to train drivers on defensive driving and driving in risky situation. Customized training modules are developed as per client requirement as well in multiple languages.

The riders are automatically evaluated in real time by the simulator on their driving skills, road violations, defensive situation and driving behavior. The simulator generates a detailed driving evaluation report for each rider at the end of the scenario. The record and replay feature allows the instructor to replay the scenario and train the riders on their mistakes.

The instructor software is designed to enable the instructor to register each driver and plan his training. The software allows the instructor to set different driving situations, inject faults like tire blowout, child crossing the road or other distractions. The real-time view of the driver screen and advanced reporting system give full control to the instructor to make his training productive.

Multiple simulators are interconnected to a single instructor to allow for training drivers in a group and is useful for training drivers together in different scenarios.

The rider station comprises of a actual motorbike body mounted on a light weight frame, modified for simulation purpose. The station is equipped with all hand controls & indicators of a motorcycle such as brake, clutch, accelerator, switches, ignition key switch and so on. TecknoSIM motorcycle driving simulator is available in both geared and automatic version.

Driving scenarios are displayed on 3 large LED Screens giving upto 180° immersive display. The front screen reproduces the rear view mirrors on each bike, for a realistic ride and better training. TecknoSIM Motorcycle Simulator is compatible with VR display.

TecknoSIM Motorcycle simulator platform is mounted on a 3DOF integrated electric motion system that reproduces the real life riding experience. The electric actuators provide cues for vehicle acceleration and deceleration, road curvature and obstacles such as sidewalks and pot holes and many other road features. Vehicle engine vibrations are simulated as a function of the RPM through seat motion. This effect helps recreating the realistic riding experience. Motion system is available in three degrees of motion (3DOF) and is designed for maintainence free operations.

The instructor station controls the driving station and allows trainers with the following options:

FAQ
A motorcycle simulator is a virtual training tool that recreates real-road riding conditions. Users learn clutch control, balance, and maneuvering skills in a safe environment that closely mirrors actual motorcycle dynamics.
Modern simulators use advanced graphics, force feedback, and motion platforms to closely mimic real-road conditions. They provide a safe and cost-effective way to learn and refine essential motorcycle handling skills.
A bike simulator recreates riding conditions using sensors, a realistic bike frame or handlebars, and immersive visuals. Users experience road scenarios, traffic patterns, and environmental factors. This setup allows them to practice defensive driving, maneuvering through different climate and road conditions, ensuring driver safety.
Costs vary widely based on hardware and training software requested. In mature markets, there are several manufacturers who offer an economical range with multiple features. The typical range runs between $4,000 and $7,000. It is best advised to do a demo before buying a bike simulator to know what you are getting.
They offer a low-risk environment for practicing fundamental skills and emergency maneuvers. Immediate feedback allows beginners to refine their technique without the danger of on-road traffic or weather conditions.
They’re highly effective for teaching foundational skills—like clutch control, balance, and hazard awareness—before hitting real roads. Simulators provide instant feedback in a safe environment, helping riders build confidence and muscle memory without the risks of traffic or adverse weather.
Benefits include reduced accident risk during the learning phase, cost savings on fuel and bike maintenance, and consistent practice scenarios. Instructors can also replay mistakes and guide learners through corrective measures, speeding up the learning process.
Yes. Many simulators feature traffic simulations, variable weather, and diverse road conditions. While they can’t replicate every real-world factor, they expose learners to common hazards and traffic patterns, improving their situational awareness.
Look for realism, hardware quality, software features, and after-sales support. Advanced systems offer motion platforms, VR integration, and customizable scenarios. Also, consider your budget, the level of detail needed, and whether you require analytics or performance tracking.
Bike simulators are realistic and immersive training solutions used extensively by law enforcement worldwide for driver training. It is the latest state-of-the-art training solution that is safe, immersive, and realistic. Training on simulators allows you to learn how to ride a motorcycle with confidence in a safe environment and acquire life-saving skills like defensive driving and riding in different weather conditions.
Typical features include realistic handlebars, adjustable resistance, immersive graphics, and performance tracking. Advanced models may incorporate VR or motion feedback for a more authentic riding experience.
Yes. Experienced riders can practice advanced techniques, explore unfamiliar terrains, or train for competitive events. Simulators provide scenario variety without the risks of real-world riding, supporting continuous skill development.
