Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) India’s leading manufacturer of  Heavy Earth Moving Equipments is indigenously developing latest technology in mining equipment for applications in Defence, Rail, Power, Mining and Infrastructure. 

BEML is continuously upgrading the existing equipment with advanced features and was looking for a simulation expert in India who could develop a customized training simulator based on BEML machines for its latest Dump truck and Water sprinklers. Being a leader in Surface Mining Simulators, and a long-time supplier to BEML, Tecknotrove was chosen to work on this project to deliver Customised Mining Simulators to BEML for upskilling its operators. 

Tecknotrove team worked closely with BEML to understand their training needs. This cutting-edge simulator is designed based on BEML equipment with fully functional controls that offer highly realistic operations just like the real equipment for enhanced training. The simulator is equipped with Tecknotrove’s proprietary Simulator Conversion Kit that allows seamless training between BEML Electric Dump Truck and the BEML Water sprinkler. 

The simulator includes a range of customizable training modules tailored to BEML’s operational requirements. Instructors can adjust difficulty levels and scenarios based on the trainees’ skill sets, ensuring a personalized training experience.
