Tecknotrove has successfully completed a comprehensive simulator project for TVS – India’s third-largest 2 wheeler manufacturer in India and having footprints globally in many geographies like the Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, India, and Latin and Central America.
Tecknotrove has been working closely with TVS in transforming the driver training and safety for TVS users with training simulators. With a vision to transform the quality and safety of people across the world, TVS was looking at having a simulator that is able to train its users on both motorcycles and scooters. This innovation would help them address the training challenges and align their vision of standardized, safety-focused training.
Tecknotrove developed a 2 wheeler simulator with a convertible kit which allows training on both motorcycle and scooter. This innovative 2 wheeler simulator enables switching training between motorcycle and scooter simulation modes, significantly expanding the training capabilities while maximizing resource utilization.
A Cost-Effective and Scalable 2 Wheeler Training Simulator
Tecknotrove Systems engineered an integrated upgrade that worked within TVS’s existing IT infrastructure while adding scooter chassis compatibility. This simulator helps TVS to eliminate the need for separate systems, reducing costs and space requirements. The simulators preserved all motorcycle functionalities and added full scooter simulation capabilities, creating a versatile platform for comprehensive two-wheeler training.
The simulators are successfully commissioned at the company’s manufacturing hub in Hosur and Training Centre in Mysore. This convertible kit 2 wheeler training simulator combines replica hardware with advanced training modules to create a realistic and safe learning environment for both motorcycles and scooters. The simulator includes all existing bike simulation functionalities along with added full scooter simulation features and simulated real-world traffic and risk scenarios that allow the users to train better. The 2 wheeler training simulator also includes rider risk assessment exercises and advanced exercises for emergency response and safe riding techniques which ensure that simulators deliver clear operational and training benefits for TVS.
