Jindal Power Invests In Advanced Mining Training Simulator Lab From Tecknotrove

Tecknotrove Mining Simulation lab is stationed at the newly commission vocational training centre from Jindal Power Limited in Chhattisgarh will train and support the mine with trained and skilled manpower. People and safety have always been a priority across operations for this mining company and by investing in Advanced Mining Simulators  it will be enable Jindal Power to skill operators in a highly realistic virtual mining environment with complete safety.

Installed at the latest vocational training facility in Chhattisgarh , the containerised mining simulation lab houses most Advanced Mining Simulator with motion platform and TecknoSIM convertible kits for 7 Heavy Earth Moving Equipment’s . The simulator machine is capable of simulating multiple mining equipment like Tipper trucks , Dozer and Excavator  from OEMS like Scania, Volvo, Bharat Benz, Komatsu and Tata Hitachi. The Convertible Kits in the simulator will help Jindal Power to train operators on multiple machines on the same simulator thus reducing the training cost by more than 70%

This advanced simulation training solution will help in training the mining operators at site via a targeted training approach for experienced operators and a structured and progressive approach for skill development of novice operators. 3 DOF motion platform in the simulator adds to the training realism making it engaging and immersive for the operators on site.

Tecknotrove has developed a digital twin of the Jindal power mine site with actual parking lots , multiple loading and dumping sites , identical hazard spots that will enable them training in their own environment without having to leave the centre or compromise on safety .
