The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Philippines has been ramping up its road safety efforts lately. Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Art Tugade, together with LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante, presented the Road Safety Interactive Center this May 2022.
This Road Safety Interactive Center is equipped with total of 10 interactive and educational stations. Among these are the driving simulators for both two wheelers and four-wheeler designed and developed by Tecknotrove Systems . The simulators are designed to help the local residents of Philippines practice defensive driving in a safe environment.
The center is designed for all ages designed to increase their knowledge about road signs, warnings, and regulatory signages together with a 4D mini theatre that shows informative videos about child safety, teen driving, pedestrian.
LTO and Department of Transportation (DOTr) inaugurated the LTO Road Safety Interactive Center in the agency’s Quezon City Main Central Office. This Road Safety Interactive Center will be open to public in Philippines sometime soon.
