Tecknotrove Systems (I) Pvt Ltd was invited to participate in the first India-Sri Lanka Defence Seminar and Exhibition in Colombo on June 7 2023, organised by the High Commission of India to promote and identify newer areas of cooperation and collaboration between the two countries in the defence sector.
The grand event included a seminar highlighting the capability and capacities of the two countries in defence equipment manufacturing and an exhibit of a wide variety of defence products. The seminar served as a platform for interaction and exchange of ideas among the stakeholders.
Tecknotrove showcased its capabilities in Defence and Military Simulators to State Minister of Defence of Sri Lanka Mr Premitha Bandara Tennakoon , Captain Vikas Sood- The Defence Adviser to the High Commission of India and other delegates from the Srilankan forces including Army Airforce and Navy .
Training Simulators have been widely accepted by the defence sector globally due to their cost effectiveness and recently also due to their sustainability benefits and is being recognised as a better way to train #armedforces.
Sri Lankan Armed Forces have consistently shown keen interest in utilizing a wide range of Indian defence equipments like Indra Radar, Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessels, L 70 Guns, Dornier Aircraft, and Army training simulators. The effectiveness and reliability of these Indian-made assets have contributed significantly to Sri Lanka's defence capabilities.
