As warehouses face rising operational costs, stricter safety requirements, and an increasing shortage of skilled operators, simulation-based training is becoming the smarter alternative.
Rather than placing inexperienced operators directly on material handling equipment, Tecknotrove’s Material Handling Simulation Labs enable trainees to build confidence and competency in a completely risk-free environment. The labs combine Forklift and Reach Truck simulators, VR-based inspection training, and a centralised Training Management System (TMS) to deliver structured, measurable learning.
Built with realistic machine dynamics and AI-driven performance analytics, the simulators recreate real warehouse conditions, including narrow aisles, variable loads, and time-critical operations. This allows operators to develop practical skills before handling actual equipment, while trainers can remotely monitor progress and assess performance through the integrated TMS.
